Rod Musser

Rod Musser currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and Managing Director of Human Resources at Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc., starting in May 2023. Prior to this role, Rod Musser held several key positions at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., including Executive Vice President of Human Resources for North America and Associate Corporate Vice President of Compensation & Benefits from September 2014 to April 2023. Rod Musser's extensive experience also includes serving as Vice President of HR Shared Services & Benefits at AECOM from July 1999 to May 2014, where responsibilities included managing HR shared services centers across multiple regions for a global workforce of 45,000 employees in over 50 countries. Earlier in his career, Rod Musser worked as a Senior Consultant in Human Resource Administration at PricewaterhouseCoopers, focusing on 401(k) plan administration. Rod Musser holds a BA in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from Messiah University and a MA in Biblical Studies from Ashland Theological Seminary.
