Susan Sterling has a diverse and extensive work experience in the beauty industry. susan is currently serving as the Head of Product Development at Gisou by Negin Mirsalehi. Prior to this, Susan held the position of Executive Director of Product Development, Innovation & Marketing at The Avon Company from 2017 to 2021. susan led the innovation strategy and managed the color portfolio and limited-edition collections. Before Avon, Susan worked as the Senior Director of Product Development and Color Innovation at Mana Products, where they implemented an innovation strategy for new product development.

Additional experience includes working as a Product Development Consultant at L'Oréal Paris, where they conceptualized and developed new product launches. Susan also served as a New Product Development Consultant for Color Cosmetics at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and partnered with CHANEL Makeup Creators at Chanel for the development and promotion of CHANEL makeup.
