Viktoriia Shiliak

Viktoriia Shiliak began their work experience in 2015 as a Room Service Supervisor at MERIDIAN PLAZA HOTEL. Viktoriia then worked as a Shop Assistant at Broadway T Shirt Company for a few months in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Supervisor of the cleaning department at Schlitterbahn Waterparks & Resorts. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Soloway Dance Centre as a Dancer of Modern Choreography and also served as a Stretching/Ballet Barre/Dancing Instructor. In 2020, they joined Global IT Support as a Brand Protection Analyst and later moved to Corsearch, where they initially worked as a Brand Protection Analyst and was later promoted to Senior Brand Protection Analyst.

Viktoriia Shiliak completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University from 2014 to 2018. During the same period, they also took a course in English language at the Ukrainian-Canadian Business Centre SBEDIF, I-F, focusing on grammar and speaking knowledge.

Prior to that, Viktoriia attended Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts from 2012 to 2014, where they studied choreography.

In addition to their formal education, Viktoriia has obtained several certifications. In July 2021, they completed the "Understanding Intellectual Property" course offered by LinkedIn. In June 2021, they earned a certification in "Communicating with Confidence" from LinkedIn. Viktoriia further expanded their knowledge in intellectual property with certifications in "Understanding Patents: A Deeper Dive" and "Speaking Up At Work" from LinkedIn in December 2021. Viktoriia'smost recent certification is the "GENERAL COURSE ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY" obtained from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in November 2022.
