Mackenzie Jackson

Mackenzie Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. In 2007, they started as an Independent Web Designer and Developer, specializing in website development and consulting. In 2010, they worked as a Youth Mentor at Community Connections until 2013. Mackenzie then transitioned to being an Architectural Technician at Hayes Anderson Lynch Architects until 2016.

From 2016 to 2020, Mackenzie was the Co-Founder and CTO of Conpago, demonstrating their entrepreneurial skills. In 2020, they joined GitGuardian as a Developer Advocate, where they focused on advocating for developers. Currently, they continue their advocacy role as an Advisory Board member at DevNetwork.

In addition to their roles, Mackenzie has also worked as an Independent Software Consultant, providing business-to-business and CRM solutions. Mackenzie emphasizes the importance of driving bottom-line profits and adding diversified income streams to businesses.

Throughout their career, Mackenzie has gained expertise in web development, architecture, mentoring, advocacy, and software consulting.

Mackenzie Jackson pursued a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree in the field of Architecture from 2010 to 2015 at QUT (Queensland University of Technology). In addition, Mackenzie obtained a certification in "Introduction to Cybersecurity Tools & Cyber Attacks" from IBM in February 2020.
