Deepthi Menon

Deepthi Menon is an accomplished professional in the field of product security engineering, currently serving as Director of Product Security Engineering at GitHub since February 2022. With a strong emphasis on mentorship and community involvement, Deepthi also holds the position of Springboard Mentor and is a Founding Member of Tech Ladies® since March 2021. Prior to these roles, Deepthi was the Director of Security at Ambra Health for a brief period in 2021 and worked as Security Lead at PROS from April 2019 to April 2021. Deepthi's career in cybersecurity began as a Network Security Architect at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston from February 2014 to April 2019, followed by a role as an Information Security Consultant at PwC from August 2012 to February 2014. Deepthi earned a Master's degree in Technology Project Management with a focus on Information Systems Security from the University of Houston between 2010 and 2012.
