Alicja Arts is a seasoned professional in sales strategy and operations with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global GTM Strategy at GitLab since July 2023, Alicja leads the annual go-to-market planning process and collaborates with leadership to enhance the GTM structure. Prior roles include Head of Sales Strategy & Operations at sennder, where Alicja focused on sales process improvements and Go-To-Market strategy implementation, and Senior Manager at EFI, advising on organizational efficiency and business transformation. Prior experience also encompasses management roles at Lenovo, IBM, HCG, and Euroteam. Alicja holds an MBA in International Business from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion and a Bachelor of Business Administration from ISEE, complemented by a Licentiate degree from La Sorbonne.
