Jake Bielecki

Jake Bielecki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue strategy and operations. Currently serving as VP of Revenue Strategy, Operations & Enablement at GitLab since July 2020, Jake leads Sales and Customer Success Strategy & Analytics teams and oversees various operational functions including incentive compensation design and field enablement. Previously, Jake held multiple leadership roles at Salesforce, culminating in the position of VP, Revenue Strategy & Analytics. Jake's career began at Booz & Company, where several managerial roles were undertaken. Additionally, Jake has engineering experience from Sunoco Refining & Marketing, where a background in capital projects was developed. Jake Bielecki holds an MBA and MS in Environmental Science from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, as well as a BS in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University.
