Kelley Shirazi

Kelley Shirazi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Sales and Customer Success Enablement at GitLab since May 2020, Kelley leads a team focused on enhancing the skills and knowledge of sales and customer success teams through comprehensive enablement programs. Previous roles include Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager at Puppet, Director of Sales at Emerald Metrics LLC, and Director of Sales at BlueVolt, along with significant positions at NAVEX Global, Microsoft, WebTrends, and Symantec. Kelley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Davis, and is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Therapist from the American College of Healthcare Sciences.
