Kerri Peterson

Kerri Peterson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience management, program and project management, and training development. Currently, Kerri serves as the Co-Owner and Founder of Cascara Concierge, LLC, as well as a Customer Experience Champion and Trusted Partner. With a notable tenure at F5 Networks, Kerri managed the global Executive Sponsorship Program and led various sales events. Previous roles include contributions as a Project Manager for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, a Business Interlock Specialist at Accenture, and training specialist positions at Washington Mutual Bank.
