Betty Lutke Schipholt

Betty Lutke Schipholt is a seasoned professional in executive consulting with extensive experience in assessment and development for higher management and boards. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at GITP since April 2008, Betty focuses on selection assessments, development assessments, and potential evaluations, while also offering coaching and advisory services to supervisory boards. Previous roles include Trainer and Supervisor in Transactional Analysis at GITP PAO, Sector Head of Collections at the Nationaal Archief, and Director of SOD-opleidingen and Hogeschool Management Documentaire Informatievoorziening, the latter of which was co-founded by Betty. Educational credentials include multiple certifications in transactional analysis and a master's degree in educational sciences from Utrecht University.
