Marije Houwert

Marije Houwert is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational consulting and coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Akerendam since February 2022, Marije focuses on enhancing employee collaboration and resilience through well-founded psychological advice. Concurrently, Marije has been associated with GITP since September 2007, fulfilling roles such as Organizational Consultant and Executive Coach, specializing in leadership development, team coaching, and strategic talent management. Previous experience includes a consulting position at Right Management from April 2000 to June 2007, where Marije contributed to various development assessments and training initiatives. Marije holds a Master's degree in Orthopedagogiek from Utrecht University and has pursued extensive education in coaching and organizational culture.
