Marina Diepeveen

Marina Diepeveen is an experienced professional with a strong background in process, performance, and project management. As the owner of Deep Smart Changes since September 2019, Marina specializes in deep research into results and optimizing organizational culture and structure. Marina also serves as an implementation specialist for Successful@Work and as an interim implementation manager at GITP, focusing on governance structure. Previous roles include project leader at Bejo Zaden, HR consultant at Stater N.V., and business management consultant at Van Lanschot Kempen, among others. Marina holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, alongside various other certifications and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
