Shannon Kinney, PMP

Shannon Kinney, PMP, is a senior project manager at Gitpod since August 2022. In 2023, they worked as a project manager at Supernova Technology™ from February to June. Previously, from November 2021 to August 2022, they held the role of project manager (RIF) at Olive. Shannon also has extensive experience at CoverMyMeds, where they served as the operations strategy content lead from July 2020 to November 2021, the knowledge management/content creator from July 2019 to July 2020, the account coordinator from February 2018 to June 2019, and the account specialist from June 2017 to February 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the catering marketing director at Jimmy John's from June 2012 to January 2017. Additionally, Shannon has experience as a marketing assistant intern at Cornerstone Broker Insurance Services Agency, Inc. from May to August 2016, and as a panel operator at Procter & Gamble from May 2014 to December 2015.

Shannon Kinney, PMP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications from Miami University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. In 2015, Shannon studied Art History, Criticism, and Conservation at AIFS. Prior to their university education, Shannon attended Lakota West High School. Additionally, Shannon has achieved several certifications including Miami University Mini MBA in December 2020, Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in December 2021, Inbound Certification from HubSpot in April 2016, and Hootsuite Certified Professional.
