Erwin Hermans

Erwin Hermans has extensive experience in supply chain management, with a focus on improving inventory turns, reducing logistics costs, and improving forecast accuracy. Erwin has held leadership positions in various companies, including Givafifth as Chief Operating Officer, Peloton Interactive as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Supply Chain, Savant Systems as Vice President of Supply Chain, Celestica as Vice President of Supply Chain Managed Services, Accenture as Head of Supply Chain BPO for North America, and TechMahindra as Associate Partner. Prior to these roles, Hermans worked at Lucent Technologies in various supply chain management positions, including Supply Chain Manager, Director of Supply Chain, and Senior Manager of Supply Chain Strategy and Demand Planning. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a track record of achieving cost reductions, improving efficiency, and driving results for their employers.

Erwin Hermans obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from UHasselt in 1992. Erwin went on to pursue a Master's degree in International Business, specializing in Industrial Engineering, from Ohio University, completing it in 1994. Subsequently, Erwin pursued another Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, which they completed in 1999.
