Cary Zalba

Cary Zalba serves as the Vice President of IT Americas at Givaudan since August 2003, where responsibilities include acting as an overall business partner for the IT organization in the region, managing integration for a Flavors division acquisition, and leading the transformation of the IT group into a service-focused organization. Previously, Cary held the title of Vice President of IT NOAM, optimizing IT working and sourcing models and closely aligning IT strategy with business strategy. Earlier roles include Head of IT EMEA, where modernization of the workplace and regional reorganization of IT were achieved, and SAP Deployment Manager, successfully overseeing a global SAP deployment across 33 countries. Prior experience includes a directorial role in IT at Capgemini and senior consulting at Bell Sygma Telecom Solutions. Educational background includes a BA in History from Queen's University and a Certificate in Telecommunications Management from Ryerson University.
