Lily Chen has over 30 years of experience in market research and consumer insights, currently serving as CMI Director Methodologies APAC and Head of Global Category Consumer Insights at Givaudan since November 2012. Prior to this, Lily held various roles at IFF from February 1999 to September 2012, including Global Knowledge Manager for Emerging Markets and Consumer Insights Manager for Fine Fragrance in North America. Earlier experiences include positions at ACNielsen China Ltd. and Givaudan, as well as a role in quality assurance at Johnson & Johnson China. Lily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology from Shanghai Ocean University.
