Mathieu Zongo

Mathieu Zongo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process improvement, project management, and research and development within the fields of micro-encapsulation and production management. Currently serving as the Global Industrialization Project Manager for Delivery System at Givaudan since March 2014, Mathieu specializes in innovation, powder technologies, and problem-solving. Previously, Mathieu held the position of Ingredients Production Manager for Manufacturing F&B-OPS-EAME at Givaudan, focusing on production management, quality assurance, and team leadership. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior R&D Manager for Microencapsulation and R&D Engineer at Laboratoire Meiners, where Mathieu directed research and process development for sensitive bioactive substances across various industries. Early in a career, Mathieu contributed as a Professor of Computer Science at Futurekids, coaching students in technology. Mathieu holds an Engineering Degree in Chemistry from HES-SO University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland.
