Renee Zakhary

Renee Zakhary is an experienced Application Technologist with a focus on confectionery, bakery, and dairy products, currently employed at Givaudan since September 2021. Previously, Zakhary worked at DöhlerGroup, enhancing expertise in sweet goods and dairy applications from May 2020 to May 2021, and as a beverage and alcoholic application technologist from December 2018 to March 2020. Early career experience includes a role as a Quality Control Assistant at Servier and a Summer Research Intern position at NAMRU-3. Zakhary holds a high school diploma in pharmacy and biotechnology from The German University in Cairo, where studies took place from 2013 to 2018.
