Tatjana Kucherova

Tatjana Kucherova serves as the EMEA Tax Director at Givaudan since July 2019. With extensive experience in transfer pricing, Kucherova has held significant positions, including Senior Manager Transfer Pricing at Whirlpool Corporation and Senior Associate Transfer Pricing at Baker & McKenzie Amsterdam. Prior to these roles, Kucherova worked as a Transfer Pricing Manager at KPMG Meijburg & Co in Amsterdam and KPMG Tax Services Pte Ltd in Singapore, as well as a Transfer Pricing Senior Consultant at KPMG Germany and a Transfer Pricing Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dusseldorf. Kucherova graduated with a Master of Law (LL.M) in International Business Law from the University of Cologne and obtained a law degree from Southern Federal University in Russia. Over 14 years, Kucherova has specialized in advising multinationals on transfer pricing documentation, policy design, restructuring projects, and Advance Pricing Agreements with various tax authorities.
