Kristine Nicole Clemente

Kristine Nicole Clemente is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in organizational development, innovation, and sustainability. Currently serving as a Technologist in the Shell Graduate Program since August 2023, and as an Organizational Development Analyst at GIVE.asia since March 2022, Kristine has facilitated the transition of a non-profit startup to an employee-driven organization by conducting diagnostics and workshops aimed at enhancing organizational culture. Previous experience includes roles at Keppel Infrastructure Holdings, where Kristine focused on green technology innovation and carbon market research, and KBR, Inc., where support in feasibility studies and energy market analysis was provided. Kristine has also gained valuable insights during internships at Halogen Foundation and leadership roles in the NUS Chemical Engineering Student Society, ultimately culminating in a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
