Matt also co-founded and served as the President at Five Points Solutions, Inc., where they built custom websites and provided branding services.
Matt's early career involved being a Software Engineer at SoftPro, where they developed real estate closing software.

Matt Harrell attended North Carolina State University from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Computer Science with a focus on Software Development and Business Management. In addition to their formal education, Matt Harrell obtained several certifications in 2023, including Pendo Essentials from Pendo.io, HubSpot Marketing Software Certified and HubSpot Sales Software Certified from HubSpot Academy, and Strategizing Products and Customer Experiences (SPACE) from Delta CX.
