Role Description Givebutter is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to build and scale the initial SDR motion. Givebutter has a strong Marketing, Sales (AE) team, and we are looking to build out a new segment of our lead funnel with an SDR motion.
As the SDR Manager, you'll report to the Director of Sales and be the driving force behind our outbound sales efforts, spearheading initiatives to generate and qualify leads that fuel our company's growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success launching an outbound sales effort and are excited to build one at Givebutter to help scale our business and positively impact as many nonprofits as possible!
