Lisa Constantine BSN, RN, CCM

Lisa Constantine BSN, RN, CCM has a diverse background in healthcare and leadership roles. Lisa is currently serving as the Director of Home Care Operations at Givens Communities since July 2023. Prior to this, Lisa founded and owned Elite Care Management Consulting, llc starting from September 2019. Lisa also worked as a Surveyor at the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) starting from March 2021.

Lisa has extensive experience as a Chief Executive Officer at Acuity Healthcare Solutions, where they oversaw staff development, quality assurance, program development, and business operations.
