Oscar Stadthagen

Oscar Stadthagen is the Founding Board Member at Giving Forward. Oscar has over fifteen years of experience in organizational development and has worked with a variety of organizations including Chemonics International, CHF, Dexis Consulting Group, Management Systems International, and USAID. Oscar has a passion for helping organizations develop the capacity to achieve their goals and create lasting change. Oscar has designed and implemented organizational development programs for 50 civil society organizations and has conducted capacity assessments and developed training and implementation plans to help organizations strengthen their capacity.

Oscar Stadthagen has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas. Oscar also has a certificate in Aubrey Daniels Behavior Based Performance Management from UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education. Finally, they have a certificate in Institute for Productivity through Quality from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
