Dylan Taylor

Dylan Taylor is a Sales Solution Consultant at GivingData. Dylan previously worked as a Sales Engineer at Zorus from March 2021 to February 2022. There, they were responsible for the installation and customization of the Archon Web Filter and Triton Employee Monitoring Services, as well as the creation of tutorial videos/documentation for use by Managed Service Providers and their clients. Dylan was also the Lead HubSpot Administrator for Sales/QA/Marketing Departments and oversaw New Employee Onboarding/Training for their products and HubSpot usage. In addition, they managed Sales Department Data Management, presenting processed data to decision makers in the form of report dashboards that were used by leadership during quarterly/annual board meetings. Other responsibilities included evaluating/configuring Zendesk alternatives: Chatbots, Knowledgebase design, ticket automation/assignment, UI/UX. Dylan also served as the SCRUM Product Owner for the portal team and was responsible for the prioritization of 2022 Q1 backlog according to 2021 feedback.

Dylan Taylor has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from Purdue University with a focus in Operations Research, Human Factors, and Supply Chain Management. Dylan is also certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from IISE Purdue.
