Emily Cullom

Emily Cullom is an experienced professional in international development and peacebuilding, currently serving as the Head of Component for Municipal Capacities in Libya at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH since July 2013, where responsibilities include supporting municipal capacities and services with a focus on women empowerment and MSME support. Previous roles at GIZ include Expert for Entrepreneurship Promotion, Country Manager for Libya, and Component Manager for Employment Promotion, emphasizing youth entrepreneurship and local economic development. Emily Cullom also held the position of Programme Assistant at UNESCO's World Heritage Centre, and has a solid educational background with a Master's degree in International Relations from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in French and History from Canterbury Christ Church University.
