Job description

Tasks: 1- Customer service excellence • Proactively understand what are our clients' needs and what constitutes value in their partnership with Giza • Structured, punctual email writing skills • Share shipping and logistics updates with clients • Professionally handle customers’ inquiries and complaints 2- Sales vs. budget • Issuance of new orders based on annual budget per client • Allocate orders in planned slots to serve quarter targets • Sales forecast 3- Cash collection • Notify clients about upcoming due invoices • Ensure cash collection is done in a timely and secure manner in compliance to company policies and processes

Key requirements: • A winner attitude: The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential • Fluent English language writing and speaking skills • Strong analytical skills and good command of MS excel (or google sheets) • 2 - 4 years or experience in pharmaceutical, B2B or same industrial is strongly preferable
