Seif Shazly

Seif Shazly is the Deputy CEO at Giza Seeds & Herbs. Prior to this, they were a Case Team Leader (VP) at Transcendium, where they were a member of the Financial Services & Private Equity practice groups in Bain Middle East. Seif has experience in due diligence projects for industrials, as well as retail banking, payments, and digitization.

Shazly began their career as an intern at Deutsche Bank, where they worked on valuation models for DB Business Segments and Excel Performance Management Tools. Seif later did an internship in Corporate Finance at SEB, working on mergers & acquisitions. Seif has also interned at Procter & Gamble and Duravit AG.

In 2004, Shazly interned at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Seif graduated from with a thesis on "Valuation of Software Assets" - Group Valuations, Group Finance.

Seif Shazly holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt, an M.Sc. in Business Administration from Technische Universität Darmstadt, and an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Linköping University. Seif also has a Zeugnis der allgemeinen Hochschulreife (Abitur) from Deutsche Evangelische Oberschule Kairo.
