B.j. Hedger

B.J. Hedger has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. In 2008, they worked as an Educator at Maricopa Unified School District, where they focused on creating a safe and effective learning environment and served as the Director of English Language Learner (ELL) curriculum. B.J. also held leadership roles as Chairman of National Junior Honor Society and Head Wrestling Coach.

In 2009, B.J. transitioned to a role as an Account Manager at United Distributors, before moving on to Consol Energy in 2011, where they worked as a Training and Development Manager until 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, B.J. worked as an Area Sales Manager at SweetWater Brewing Company, where they were responsible for market launches, leading a team, creating and implementing sales strategies, and managing clients.

B.J. then joined Wheeling Jesuit University in 2013 as an Assistant Wrestling Coach, where they provided coaching and support to the wrestling team until 2017.

B.J. later worked as a Sales Director at Southeast Beverage Company from 2016 to 2018, overseeing sales strategies and activities.

In 2018, B.J. became the Business Development Director at Columbus Brewing Company, where they played a key role in developing and expanding the business until 2020.

Currently, B.J. is employed at G & J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc., where they initially worked as a Market Director and was subsequently promoted to the position of Senior Market Director in 2021.

B.J. Hedger started their education in 2000 at The Ohio State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. B.J. attended the university for a period of five years until 2005. After a substantial gap, they returned to school in 2016 and enrolled at Wheeling University. At Wheeling University, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. B.J.'sstudies at Wheeling University concluded in 2019.
