Frank Lauritzen has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Frank began their career as the owner of Webpartner 2000 from January 2000 to December 2001. Frank then went on to establish and manage their own company called Eurotemp from 2001 to 2003. Following that, they served as a Teamleader at Mercedes-Benz Danmark from June 2004 to October 2005. Lauritzen joined Gjensidige in October 2005 and held the position of Nordic Contract Manager | Corporate Sourcing until September 2013. During their time at Gjensidige, they were responsible for managing existing procurement agreements and led a sourcing project called "NLS." From September 2013 to November 2016, they worked as a Development Consultant at Tryg. In this role, they served as a liaison between different business areas and facilitated the implementation of new projects. Frank then took on the position of Senior Consultant | Advanced Analytics at Tryg from November 2016 to September 2019, where they focused on project management, advanced analytics, and business development. Lauritzen continued their career at Gjensidige as the Procurement Manager | Property from October 2019 to June 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Procurement Claims Denmark at Gjensidige, starting in July 2021. Apart from their corporate roles, Lauritzen also served as an Advisory Board member at Timber Workwear ApS from May 2012 to December 2013.

Frank Lauritzen completed the Efficio - strategic procurement program at Tryg from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a project manager degree at Implement from 2009 to 2010. In 2009, Frank also took a course in Business English at the English school in Denver, CO. Additionally, they obtained an English program certification from the Colorado School of English in September 2009.
