Sam has held positions such as Vice President of Manufacturing at Elite Sportswear, where they specialized in high-performance athletic apparel. Sam also worked as a Lean Practitioner and Change Agent at NEXT LEVEL Partners LLC, where they drove accelerated business performance and growth. Sam served as the Vice President of Operations at Enginetics ETG, implementing operational excellence practices and driving waste reduction. Additionally, Sam was the Director of Global Lean Enterprise at Pentair and a Lean Enterprise Consultant at Sterlite Technologies Ltd. and Corning Cable Systems, where they successfully introduced lean systems and achieved substantial cost savings.
