Thea-Louise Langevei is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment strategy. Currently serving as an HR-rådgiver at GK since October 2025, Thea-Louise previously held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Avo Consulting from August 2022 to October 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the recruitment process and developing best practices. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Redpill Linpro, where collaboration with a Nordic team focused on recruitment, HR, and employer branding, and as a Recruitment Advisor in the IT sector at Express Rekruttering AS. Thea-Louise began the career as an IT Recruitment Assistant at Color Line and holds a degree from OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University.
