Oscar Castro has over 20 years of experience in quality management, engineering, and metallurgy. Oscar currently serves as the Global Customer Quality Director at GKN Automotive, where Oscar oversees warranty claims analysis, change management, and customer service. Prior to this, Oscar held various quality management positions at GKN Automotive and National Castings de Mexico. Castro holds a Master's degree in Engineering in Quality and Productivity as well as certifications in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 auditing.
