Ben van der Rijst

Ben van der Rijst serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for GKN Aerospace, a position held since 2021. Prior to this, Ben was the Group Human Resources Director at CIMC Enric Tank & Process B.V. from 2020 to 2021 and worked as a Human Resources Executive at Excellence 4U2 in 2019. From 2016 to 2018, Ben held the title of Chief Human Resource Officer at Hoya Vision Care, overseeing global HR strategies for the organization. Ben's experience also includes significant roles at Yokogawa, where contributions included managing mergers, labor condition harmonization, and establishing training programs. Earlier career roles involved serving as Director of Global Human Resources at Norit N.V. and various positions in marketing and sales at Akzo Nobel. Ben's education includes a Master’s degree in Social Business Administration from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s degree from the Academy for Social Management.
