Dr. Thomas Jaeger has extensive work experience in the field of water management and consulting. Dr. Thomas currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at GKW Consult GmbH, where they have been since 2017. Prior to this, they were the Head of the Industrial Water Management Department at GKW Consult GmbH, starting in December 2017. From 2014 to 2017, Dr. Jaeger worked at Pöyry as the Head of the Department for Industrial Process & Water Management. Before that, they served as the Head of Sales, Europe at Triton Water GmbH from 2010 to 2014. Dr. Thomas also held the position of Abteilungsleiter Industrieconsulting at Pöyry from 2005 to 2010. Dr. Jaeger began their career as the Geschäftsbereichsleiter Abwassertechnik at Schwander GmbH, where they worked from 1995 to 2005.
Dr. Thomas Jaeger's education history includes obtaining a Diplom degree in Mikrobiologie from Technische Universität Darmstadt, which they pursued from 1984 to 1990. Dr. Thomas further pursued their studies at the same institution, completing a Dr. rer. nat. degree in Mikrobiologie from 1991 to 1995.
