Tristan Marra (she/her) joins GLAAD and the GLAAD Media Institute as the Head of Research & Reports. In this new role, Marra will lead new and existing GLAAD research initiatives, analytics and reports, build a best-in-class research and analytics infrastructure, and provide thought leadership that will continue to advance GLAAD’s core work and mission. Tristan comes to GLAAD with nearly 15 years of research experience, working for media companies including NBCUniversal, The Walt Disney Company, and ViacomCBS. Her background has been in studying consumers, brands, and campaign effectiveness across the media landscape.
