Crystal Lennon

Crystal Lennon has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Crystal is currently working as the Vice President and Senior Product Manager of Commercial Lending at Glacier Bancorp, Inc. Prior to this, Crystal held various roles at U.S. Bank, including VP Product Owner of Data Analytics & Reporting, Senior Project Manager of Portfolio Risk & Analytics, Sales Manager, Sales Support & Client Integration, and Senior Financial Analyst. In these roles, Crystal demonstrated their expertise in strategic data analytics, market analysis, sales and operational consulting, client advocacy, and financial analysis. Crystal has a proven track record of improving efficiencies, reducing risk, and providing value-added product offerings for customers.

Crystal Lennon attended The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 2001 to 2004, where they studied Accounting and Finance. Crystal then went on to Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance. In terms of certifications, Crystal obtained the Certified Lease & Finance Professional certification from the CLFP Foundation in 2019. Crystal also obtained various certifications from nCino, Inc. and Salesforce in 2022 and 2023, including the Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certifications.
