Grace Zhang

Grace Zhang began their career in 2015 as an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group. In 2017, they joined Thumbtack, a $3.2B local services marketplace, as a Product Analyst. Grace was later promoted to Manager of Product Analytics, and then Senior Manager of Product Analytics, where they led a team of five tackling complex analytical problems. In 2022, they joined Glacier as their Chief Of Staff, the first business hire, working across product management, recruiting, analytics, business development, etc.

Grace Zhang attended Yale University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics. Prior to that, they attended Bentonville High School. Grace also holds two certifications from Coursera: one in Epidemics, Pandemics, and Outbreaks from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained in April 2020, and one in Creative Writing: The Craft of Character from Wesleyan University, obtained in October 2016.
