Charlie Drummond

Charlie Drummond has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charlie currently works as the Creative Innovation Director at Gladeye, where they focus on defining creative solutions, leading the agency's adoption of new technology, and bringing innovation to their offerings. Prior to this, Charlie was the Chief Everything Officer at Drummond Digital, where they held a versatile role. Charlie also worked as an Associate Principal, Digital at Partners in Performance, managing digital user-experience focused workstreams for a financial services provider. Charlie has held leadership positions at Latitude Financial Services, Tower Insurance, PwC, Sovereign, Air New Zealand, Netconcepts, and Westpac Banking Group NZ, contributing to various aspects of digital strategy, customer experience, and innovation.

Charlie Drummond earned a BSc (hons) degree in Computer Science from Heriot-Watt University, studying from 1996 to 2001.
