Alexander D. Webber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and product management. Currently serving as Technical Support Manager at Gladly since February 2021, Alexander previously held the position of Director of Customer Success at AdLabs Technology Inc., overseeing the Enterprise Customer portfolio. Alexander also managed a team of DevOps Engineers as Enterprise Product Manager at AdLabs, and has held various roles at Boost Media, including Enterprise Product Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager.
