Dan Zhang

Dan Zhang, MBA MFA, is an experienced product manager currently working at Magical since September 2022. Prior to this role, Dan served as a Senior Product Manager at Syllable from April 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included building contact search, analytics, and voice products. Dan also founded and managed Whetstone Studio, a teacher staffing company, from December 2015 to June 2017. Previous experience includes product and business development at Imagination Education Technologies Group in Shanghai, where Dan built quiz and test prep products and established multiple offices. Dan began a career as a copywriter for pharmaceutical and medical technology firms from 2009 to 2013.
