Derek J. Bruton is a seasoned financial services executive with extensive leadership experience across various companies in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at Gladstone Group Inc. and holding board positions at ActiFi and Dunham Trust Company, Derek has previously held significant roles including Chief Executive Officer at Kingswood U.S. and Lucia Capital Group, where oversight included M&A, organic growth, and operational management. With a strong background in sales and relationship management developed at TD Ameritrade and Merrill Lynch, Derek has built and enhanced RIA custody platforms while supervising large teams.
