Tuan Viet Vo

Tuan Viet Vo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital business operations, project management, and process optimization. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Business Operations and Group Program Manager at Glamox since January 2022, Tuan leads transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing digital platforms and standardizing workflows. Formerly a Lean and Business Development Manager at DNB from March 2017 to February 2022, Tuan successfully drove strategic digitalization efforts, improving operations and customer experience. Previous roles include managing IT project management and transformation initiatives at NSB Persontog, along with significant project management experiences at SAP and Yara, where Tuan oversaw large-scale projects and business process improvements. Tuan holds two master's degrees in Production Management and IT, with a focus on ERP systems and Business Intelligence.
