Ben Chen

Ben Chen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director, Asia Pacific for Glanbia since January 2020. Prior to this role, Ben held various positions at Nilfisk, including HR VP, Asia Pacific, HR Director, Asia, Senior HR Manager for China Production, and HR Manager for Suzhou, from September 2011 to December 2019. Ben's earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager for Supply Chain China & Global Functions at UPM-Kymmene and as Sr. T&D Supervisor at Littelfuse. Ben began a career in human resources as an HR Supervisor at Philips. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UQAM, business coaching and life coaching training, and a leadership program from IMD, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Soochow University.
