Kim Underhill serves as a NED Board Member at Glanbia and as a Board Member at Menasha Corporation, both since 2022. Kim is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at the Boston Consulting Group since November 2021 and a Member of the Board of Directors at Foot Locker since December 2016, contributing to the Finance/Strategy and Compensation Committees. Previously, Kim held board membership at FMI - The Food Industry Association and spent 33 years at Kimberly-Clark, culminating in roles such as Group President and Global President of Kimberly-Clark Professional, leading multi-billion dollar business units. Earlier career experience includes positions at GE as a Process Engineer and various marketing roles at Kimberly-Clark. Educational qualifications include a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, alongside completion of the NACD Director Professionalism course.
