Jeremy is currently the VP of Customer Success at Glance Networks, where they ensure customer satisfaction and ROI. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Strategic Account Management at Interactions Corporation. Jeremy has also held positions such as VP of Client Services at Apperian, Inc., VP Client Services at Memento, and Vice President of Technology Services at CA. Before these roles, they worked as the Director of Professional Services at Concord Communications and President and Founder of Facility Modeling Specialists, Inc. Jeremy's early experience includes roles at Durr Systems, Inc. and T/J Technologies.
