Kaili Gallant, PMP

Kaili Gallant has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kaili started their career at Gallo Title Services, LLC in 2012 as a Title Processor. In this role, they were responsible for processing titles. In 2015, they transitioned to the Cape Elizabeth School Department where they took on various roles. As a Teacher, Kaili aligned curriculum resources with common core state and national standards and designed differentiated instructional materials. Kaili also updated and maintained learner advancement data. Additionally, they served as a Grade Level Team Leader, facilitating the exchange of information and updates between colleagues and administration. Kaili led weekly one-on-one meetings to foster collaboration and communicated with administration via email and meetings. Kaili was also a member of the Proficiency Based Education Committee, where they contributed to revamping district-report cards and aligning key performance indicators vertically. Most recently, Kaili joined Glance as a Human Resources Coordinator in 2023.

Kaili Gallant, PMP, has an extensive education history. Kaili completed their Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology from the University of Maine, attending from 2022 to 2025. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Education degree from the University of Southern Maine, studying from 2013 to 2017.
