Shubha Shedthikere is a highly experienced professional in the field of machine learning and data science. Currently serving as Director of Machine Learning at Glance since April 2025, Shubha previously worked at Swiggy from June 2019 to April 2025 as Senior Manager of Data Science, where responsibilities included leading the Data Science Charter and enhancing key business metrics across various streams such as Ads Platform and multi-objective ranking systems. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Data Scientist at RIVIGO, focusing on demand-supply fulfillment, and as a Data Scientist at Near.co, contributing to audience segmentation algorithms. Shubha began a career as an Algorithm Developer at Delphi Technical Center India.
