Vajra Ganesh

Vajra Ganesh is an experienced machine learning engineer specializing in Vision-Language Models and autonomous systems. Currently serving as a Machine Learning Engineer III at Glance since June 2025, Vajra has previously worked as a Research Engineer at Krutrim, focusing on multimodal learning for dynamic environments. From July 2021 to March 2024, Vajra researched Reinforcement Learning for Autonomous Vehicles and ADAS at Ola Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd., successfully deploying RL-based agents in test vehicles. Vajra's early experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Fraunhofer IPA, where a master's thesis addressed safe robot motions through vision-based feature extraction, and an internship at DiFACTO Robotics and Automation, where foundational skills in robot programming were developed. Vajra holds a Master's degree in Autonomous Systems from Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
