Makho Mashoba

Makho Mashoba is an accomplished Machine Learning Engineer with extensive experience in data science and engineering across various organizations. Currently serving as a Machine Learning Engineer III at The Standard, Makho previously held the position of Lead Data Scientist at Farmers Insurance, where leadership skills were demonstrated by managing a team in the R&D department and championing data governance and AI ethics. Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying advanced machine learning models using technologies such as Snowflake, SQL, and TensorFlow, while also initiating innovative data strategies.
